Connection Monitor

Residing under Tools – Connection monitor in the main menu, this feature allows you monitor the availability of your Internet service. It works by pinging several major web-sites and checking whether they are accessible.

You can just do a once-off check of your ping times to these web-sites or set NetWorx to ping these periodically. When a number of pings has been lost, NetWorx will make a log record that your connection went off-line. Likewise, when the service is restored, it will make a record about that. The timeout period and number of tries can be changed in the hidden settings.
