I have forgotten the password for changing the settings and for resetting the Usage Report.
What should I do? Kindly assist.

If you forgot the password, you should do the following:
  1. Download SQLite Spy.
  2. Launch it and load the NetWorx database file, which should be located in c:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\SoftPerfect\NetWorx or C:\ProgramData\SoftPerfect\NetWorx.
  3. Run the following query in SQLite Spy:
      SELECT VALUE FROM CONFIG WHERE PARAM = 'UserPass'  
This should display your password.

I have apparently forgotten my password to Networx and can't load the latest version. I looked at the FAQ and tried the SQlitespy but it when I tried it the link on their site it did not work.
Is there some other way to reset or recover the password?

This doesn't seem to work on mine. When I try to open the database using SQLite, only the Networx Internet Shortcut is seen on the program folder? sad

That's because C:\ProgramData\SoftPerfect\NetWorx (which is mentioned above) and C:\Program Files\NetWorx (which you are trying to open) are not the same.

I downloaded the SQlite spy software. it came as the rar file and i extracted it. I copied your command and executed.
It showing as like that.

You probably missed step 2 where it says "..load the NetWorx database file ..."
