Limiting bandwidth on other computers connected to a wireless router

I am very new to this program and I have had some problems getting it to work properly. Currently, I have 3 computers connected to a wireless router. My goal is to limit the other two computers on the network. I have been able to limit my own connection but I have not been able to do this for the other two computers. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

There is no magic way to limit bandwidth of other network computers unless direct filtering of their traffic. Since your network does not have a separate Windows based router, you should install the bandwidth manager service on other two computers as well. After that, you will be able to control them from your own PC.

It is possible to track user traffic down to the file level?
Like which file was download and open from the file server.

Im not looking for "spy" sofware. more on the network-enterprise type of audit reporting tools

Usually this is done built-in Windiws auditing features to track who access what files. You can also try the following tool [www.microolap.com]
