Blocking ping and tracert from the local network, blocking traffic on empty ports

dear friends,
i am using this software, this is really the cheap & best solution for a small business. now i have some problem in creating some rules.i have an dsl connection of 1mbps. i am controlling bandwidth of 9 pc's through it by creating rules on mac address based. but now i wanna create two rules one is to
1) block ping & tracert from the local network.
2) to block traffic on empty ports like 192.168.1.10 to 192.168.1.255.

sir i have a one suggestion also plz.. create a optional part with it i.e authentication software for cliens so a client can see how much he used net in hours & in volume.
plz.. help me.

There is currently no way to block ICMP traffic from the LAN. To block the unused IP addresses pool, add a corresponding rule at the end of the rule set.
