Counting copies

Good day!
I have the last version of Print Inspector, has bought 1 license

When i send to printer 3 copies of 1 page, I see the following:
pages:1
copies:1
total:1

Doesnt metter how many copies i want, i see the same

How can I right count the copies?

Are you printing from Microsoft Word?

and from Word too

no difference from print job was sent - only 1 copy listed in PI. In real - 3,4,100 copies

This is a known problem, however unfortunately not much can be done about it. Some printers do not report the correct number of copies, however there can be printer-specific settings that affect it. Sometimes it helps to set the printer settings as shown below, but if not try updating the printer's drivers.
