I want to use Print Inspector in a Work Group, that is inside a Domain, to inspect one printer attached to other PC inside the workgroup. It is possible?
If yes, which user name and password do I have to use?

It depends on your specific printer capabilities and network configuration. Most printers support network notification, but some do not. Simply download a trial copy and try how it works with your printer. As the user name and password you should specify the user who has enough privileges to access the printer (a domain administrator account for example).

Yes, it is possible but this type of monitoring is unlikely to be reliable. The printer on the other PC has to be shared. Then you can specify the user and password of a local user on your computer who has access privileges to the shared printer. However, the best way is to install the software directly on the computer which the printer is attached to.

Sometimes you can get the answer faster if you try the forum search and/or have a look at the software user manual to see if your question has already been answered.
