RAM Disk requires administrative privileges
If the RAM Disk requires you to have administrative privileges, while you are running it as Administrator, you need to edit the configuration file manually.
- Quit the RAM disk application.
- Open the following file in Notepad:
%ALLUSERSPROFILE%\SoftPerfect\RAM Disk\ramdisk.xml
- Change the following line:
to<useraccess>false</useraccess>
<useraccess>true</useraccess>
- Start the RAM disk application again.
