I will try it but as I said.. it was on a clean windows install... btw - Can you tell me what ramdiskws.exe purpose? do i really need it along side of ramdisk.exe (because it seems to be working fine)

So you are saying that exFAT will work better (faster) than NTFS? I'm also using it for internet (chrome / firefox) cache, saving once in 2 hours.
