I purchased a license and received receipt, but can't find the license number. I tried the Account No and Order ID from the Invoice, but both were rejected as invalid license number.

How do I obtain my license number?
My mistake. I found the license key in my Order Confirmation.

I'm glad you found your key. And thank you for the purchase.

In case someone else can't find their licence key: it is in the confirmation email sent to the address you specified in the purchase form. The key is the alphanumeric sequence between two markers:
------ KEY BEGIN KEY ------
this is the licence key
...
...
it spans over several lines
------ KEY END KEY ------
Simply copy the whole key, together with the markers, and paste it into the app. No need to type it in manually.

Re-entering licence key on upgrading   13 June 2017, 12:09

I like Networx but find it very frustrating to have to enter the network key again after each upgrade. Surely a programmed check could determine if the product is already licenced.

This shouldn't be normally happening. If you simply install a newer version of NetWorx over an older one, it should pick up everything, including the licence.

However, if you uninstall it first, or start using a portable version instead of the installed one or vice versa, it may create a new database and thus require a licence to be re-entered.
