Unlike a real physical disk, a RAM disk is a software-created representation of a hard disk in memory, and it doesn't really exist before the system boots. Which means Windows must boot first, from a physical disk.

You can however place virtual machine software on a RAM disk and boot other instances of Windows (or any other systems) in those virtual machines from the RAM disk.

Sometimes you can get the answer faster if you try the forum search and/or have a look at the software user manual to see if your question has already been answered.
