Try Options > Remote WMI > Product Key,
or Options > Remote PowerShell > Product Key.

Andrew,

Try Options > Remote WMI > Product Key, I don't have this option in my NetScan, is this because I use custom XML files? If yes what is the code to add it manually?

It's one of the default entries, though added recently so may not appear in older configs. This statement extracts the Windows key:

SELECT OA3xOriginalProductKey FROM SoftwareLicensingService
