I'd like to know if it is possible to scan remote computers for listening (not really open) ports. I.E. port 5800

What is the difference between 'listening' and 'open' ports? A port can accept connections (we call it open or listening) or can be closed or inactive.

Sometimes you can get the answer faster if you try the forum search and/or have a look at the software user manual to see if your question has already been answered.
