Hi SoftPerfect experts,

I have installed the trial version of Print Inspector on a machine using "Deep Freeze" software in order to keep the system drive C: frozen. I have chosen the D: drive for the installation of Print Inspector in order to save the history of print logs and statistics. After computer reboot, Print Inspector goes back to the initial stage and no data is saved which means that the database is saved on the frozen partition C:. Is it possible to have all the parameters/data saved on the D partition?

The data is stored in %ALLUSERSPROFILE%\Application Data\SoftPerfect\Print Inspector, which is recommended by Microsoft.

You can probably relocate the entire %ALLUSERSPROFILE% folder to the D: drive, or just the Print Inspector folder by creating an NTFS symlink.

Thank you Andrew! Worked fine after creating a NFTS junction link to D: drive. Now continuing the testing of Print Inspector
