Color Printing

I downloaded and installed the trial version. Turned on the "color" column, then sent a color job to the printer. It reported "false". The main reason we are looking for print monitoring software is to track down who is printing color. Am I doing something wrong?

This solely depends on the printer's drivers. Some drivers report all jobs as being color or b/w, regardless of the actual job type as in this case. Unfortunately there's nothing can be done about it.
